Who is Available? When?

Who? All talent currently known to be ACTIVE and AVAILABLE for customs through our studio appear on the Talent Page.  

When? Some we will work with on a quarterly basis, while most talent are only available annually to bi-annually.

Can I Request a Model Not Appearing on Your Site?

Get in touch and we'll let you know.

What’s the Waitlist About?

Submit your requested talent through the waitlist form, and we'll let you know when they're available. If they are not currently scheduled, expect at least a few months' wait time.

How Do I Submit a Custom Request?

When you're ready to order submit your custom request through the custom order form and we'll get the process rolling!

How Much Does a Custom Video Cost?

Custom prices are fixed and, once reviewed, will be given through email with an official quote.

What Happens After I Submit My Custom Request?

We'll take the time to read carefully through your request. You will receive an email with a final price and a link to pay your deposit. If it's less than 2 weeks before the scheduled shoot, we'll request full payment through invoice.

Which Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

Which Forms of Payment Are Accepted for Custom Requests? Currently accepted payment methods are Zelle and credit card invoice via Stripe. We DO NOT accept PayPal.

What Should I Expect After Ordering?

Once you place your order, we begin work on your custom. Your script will be broken down into a standard screenplay format for filming purposes. Our team puts a lot of work into each request, so things will generally be quiet on our end unless we have specific questions or need to collect payment. The site is updated with any schedule changes, and we will reach out if for some reason, the shoot is unable to happen. You'll receive automated email status updates once your custom has been filmed with an estimated delivery date. Generally, your video will be delivered within one week or less of filming, except in certain cases i.e. special effects, highly complex projects, or for traveling productions. You'll receive a download link via email once complete.

 

Can I Make Changes to My Script After Ordering?

Once the order is placed we immediately begin to break down your script.  This is labor intensive and we generally only do it once.  If you'd like to make changes after the fact we can generally accommodate for a fee of $25.00. If it creates a longer or more involved project we will price it accordingly.

What Happens if the Shoot Doesn’t Go as Scheduled?

We will attempt to reschedule in a reasonable amount of time. Due to schedule conflicts which may arise, we might need to postpone until the next available opportunity. In the event of this, we will contact you with options. We will always attempt to reschedule with the original actor or, if not available, offer a new selection or refund.

Help! I Lost My Custom Video and/or My Download Link Doesn't Work?

The custom download link expires 7 days after the initial email is sent. Please be sure to download it and keep it safe. We are happy to help if it's lost but will charge $25.00 if it becomes a habit. 

What is Your Refund Policy?

If we can’t deliver your custom within 60 days of the original scheduled shoot date, you are entitled to a full refund.

Random talent 15% off?

Sometimes you have an idea you want brought to life and have no idea as to who will work. We shoot with our roster regularly and have a good idea as to who will best perform what. Give us personality and looks in the outline area of the custom request form and we'll make the best custom you've ever ordered!! It also gets you a steep discount.

What is the Videos Section About?

It's an ever-growing catalog of videos that our team has filmed through the years and continue to produce.

Is This Your Entire Video Catalog?

The video catalog you see is currently not entirely up to date. Currently we are in the process of adding to it in bulk, with the total being closer to 4,000 existing videos and counting.

Do You Sell Videos Directly?

No, we do not. However, our studio accepts donations to help continue producing new content. We are grateful for each and every donation, and in return for your donation, we will send a gift based on your requested content that you submit through the Videos section of our site.

How Do I Get Videos from You?

In our Videos section, you can select to add videos to cart. Once you complete check out (with email address only), we'll send an email containing the total requested donation amount, a link to pay donation. Once the requested donation is made, you will receive the requested content from your submission. Please allow 1-48 hours for link delivery.
