Hannah Perez and Helena Price are friends hanging out together, talking about what it would be like to get arrested and handcuffed. Hannah says she got into trouble once with her boss for exposing her belly. Hannah stretches her arms up, exposing her belly button. She takes off her sweatshirt, and Helena starts acting as she’s arresting Hannah. She makes her put her hands up, then behind her head and frisks her, fingering/tickling her belly. Helena rolls Hannah’s sweatpants a little lower, handcuffs her with hands behind her back, and tickles/worships her. She sits Hannah on a couch on her back, licks/caresses her belly and tickles her feet. They then reverse the roles, after Helena removes Hannah’s cuffs.
