Hannah Perez, the Killer, meets her fate at the hands of a demonic figure – a sadistic manifestation of her evil, twisted psyche that forces her to experience the same horror that her victims endured!
Kiara is a bratty fetish model, potty-mouthed, stripper, and hitwoman on the side. She gets a contract to eliminate Hannah Perez for $15k, after Misty Addams failed her mission. Kiara insults her memory and boasts about herself. Kiara enters Hannah’s house haphazardly searching for Hannah. After a bit, she smells a disgusting invisible gas. As she realizes what’s going on she falls limp. Hannah fondles her body and mocks her. Later, an annoyed Kiara wakes up, laying across Hannah’s lap, wearing a collar and chain. Hannah explains that they are being livestreamed to an online audience. Hannah informs Kiara that she has dealt with Misty. Kiara tries to squirm away, but Hannah just rolls her off her lap onto the floor. Kiara is on her knees. She squeezes Kiara’s face. In order for her to escape, she must please the viewers and Hannah, or else Hannah will inject Kiara with poison through her collar. Hannah pulls Kiara off. Kiara is annoyed and after some prodding from Hannah, reluctantly complies. From here on Hannah is in full verbal humiliation mode. Kiara rolls her eyes at the insults while starts a lap dance. After another angry threat from Hannah, Kiara finally begins to take things a little more seriously and puts in a little more effort. The rest of this is Kiara desperately trying to please Hannah. In spite of a great performance, Hannah keeps telling her to try harder. Hannah plays with her ass a bit Hannah continues saying that she’s not good enough. She demands Kiara verbally degrade herself. A desperate Kiara shows off her flexibility as a final attempt to satisfy Hannah. Ultimately Hannah is not impressed and presses the button to inject the poison. Concluding with a final bit of begging followed by desperate escape attempt, Hannah presses the button and Kiara begins choking, drooling, and convulsing on the floor, ass up. Hannah fondles her, squishes her face and plays with her still body.

Stella Elle plays a detective with the State Police hot on the trail of the woman who brutally tortured and murdered Doctor Jolene Hexx, Hannah Perez. Stella Elle has tracked the suspect (Hannah) to a hotel… but the bust goes south and she winds up handcuffed, barefoot, bound and strangled.
“Let’s play a game, it’s called, live or die, you have five minutes to try and strangle me, and if I survive, you have to pay me 1 million dollars, and if I die, well, you can play with my limp dead body for as long as you like. Do whatever you want! I’ll be dead, so I don’t care!”
Sumiko pulls out a stocking
“You can use this if you want, or try with your bare hands, it’s up to you!” She smiles as POV takes the stocking and wraps it around her neck.
“5 minutes starts now, I haven’t lost yet, so good luck. I’m ready!”
Sumiko smiles as POV starts to pull on the garotte. She fights back as her eyes go wide. After about a minute she begins to struggle and dies with eyes wide open and tongue out. (very important)
POV removes the stocking and caresses Sumiko’s face, but she revives and splutters back to life, catching POV off guard. Sumiko looks proud of herself
“Not as easy as you thought huh? Timers still running, you’ve not got long left!”
POV cuts her off as he wraps his hands around her neck, choking her again. Sumiko struggles and fights as he strangles her to death. Soon, she begins to panic as she realises the game is up
“No… this… wasn’t how it was supposed to be…”
After about 2 minutes, she dies again, with an eyes wide death stare and tongue out (very important). POV snaps her neck a few times to make sure, then caresses her face and breasts.
POV gently closes her eyes, and removes Sumiko’s lingerie. He plays with her body a little longer, then re-opens her eyes. We get some body pans to finish, ending on the death stare.

Dr. Jolene Hexx is a therapist. During today’s fateful session Dr. Hex tells her client, Blake Bruce (Hannah Perez) – a violent psychopath – that she is leaving her practice. Blake freaks out and attacks her. Blake chokes Jolene out, ties her up in strict barefoot bondage, and then proceeds to strangle her repeatedly with a cord. As the horrifying torture unfolds, Blake Bruce films it all with a phone camera aimed carefully to capture Jolene’s struggling barefoot soles in the foreground, and her desperate face in the background.
Hannah Perez returns home from staging a charitable benefit, is strangled to death, undressed, and played with by POV.
Hannah lies dead on her back on a bed, just strangled by POV. POV checks her pulse and wags her face back and forth to make sure she’s dead. They strip her off her clothes, rolling her over and sitting her up. They play with her limp body, dropping her arms and legs, lifting her head and letting it drop, lifting her wrists and letting them flop back. They run their fingers through her hair and wag her face back and forth. They fondle her breasts and pose her in various ways (centerfold model, arms stretched out above her head, out to side and dropped across her body, legs spread, hips turn to a side, head tilted back)
