Lucy Purr sits in her hotel suite not feeling so well. It seems she has a headache that won’t go away. She makes a call to the on-site medical center and requests to have a doctor come up to her room to take a look at her.
Minutes later, Dr. Hannah Perez enters the room. “What’s the problem?” she asks Lucy. Lucy tells the doctor that her head hurts. Dr. Perez suggests she try a pill. Lucy accepts the treatment and takes the pill. Unbeknownst to Lucy, this pill is a sedative. Within moments Lucy is out, and Dr. Perez rejoices in her successful attempt. While Lucy lays limp, Hannah Perez admires her gorgeous body before stripping her out of her bra and underwear. Dr. Perez ragdolls her some, and Lucy begins to come to.
Once Lucy Purr is fully awakened, she appears confused. Dr. Hannah assures her there is nothing to worry about, but that perhaps she might want to try a plan B treatment course. Lucy agrees. Hannah Perez wanted to get away for the holiday with her girlfriend Nadia Whtie and check out a cool haunted house. Hannah managed to get a scary doll from some stoner off of the internet, and she brought it along. Nadia wasn’t really into the idea because she doesn’t believe in the supernatural, but she went for Hannah because she knew that she really wanted to go. Hannah and Nadia see this creepy church right across from the house and Hannah knows about the story of the haunted church. Nadia sees a scripture and begins reading it. Hannah stops her though. Hannah is carrying the box around and wants to save it for later. Hannah was warned not to take pictures of the doll without its permission or she will be sorry. Hannah has to make a quick phone call and Nadia and Hannah split up. Nadia walks into a room and finds a fur scarf. Nadia begins rubbing it on her skin and enjoying herself so much that she removes her shirt and bra to rub it on her breasts. Somehow the doll has made its way up the stairs and the lights shut off. Nadia gets mad and thinks that Hannah turned the lights off, but then she looks behind her and sees the doll. Nadia believes that Hannah is playing still. Nadia then crawls across the bed and talks to the doll about taking its picture. Nadia tosses the doll onto the bed after taking some pictures. Nadia knows about the doll collection and tells that to Hannah but then the lights go off and the doll disappears.
Hannah is on the phone and talks to her coworker. As she ends the call she is beside herself and then she can hear a scream. Hannah calls for Nadia but she isn’t really too concerned. Nadia calls for Hannah to come get her doll and begins looking at herself in the mirror to see the doll on her neck. The scarf gets tighter around her neck and she panics. Nadia slowly goes down to the floor and goes to sleep.
Back to Hannah she feels like she should have just gotten some bud. Hannah sits on the bed thinking to herself and looks around to see the doll behind her on the bed. Hannah screams and falls on the floor sliding to the wall covering her eyes. Hannah goes to sleep not realizing what she seen was real. Hannah wakes up to see her legs bound together. As she looks around there is a rope that goes around her neck. The doll falls down and she throws it at the wall. Hannah begins to untie her legs and calls for Nadia, frantically. After being thrown against the wall the doll gets itself up. Hannah has run to the room where Nadia was and sees what has happened. Hannah hears footsteps. Hannah goes to the hall and sees the doll there with a sharp object. Hannah trips and the doll gets her hand then she runs and falls in the bathroom. Needless to say they all woke the wrong doll up.

All the while, Chrissy Marie is aware that part of her punishment is having to go through this shameful event with a large group of people watching her.
After some time, Chrissy Marie’s body starts to lock up and twitch. Her body becomes rigid, and she lets out a sigh.

Anabelle turns to Sumiko, mad because they didn’t get the information that she needed. In turn Anabelle chokes Sumiko and makes her sleep with legs and feet in the air. Anabelle is becoming weak from being hit, she ends up sleeping with her legs and feet in the air.

Inmate Penelope paces in her cell when the guard walks up to it. She faces POV and is shocked when he tells her her appeal was rejected. She almost breaks down crying, then tells how she got in this situation. POV hands her cheerleader uniform, then turns and leaves. She changes out of her prison uniform down to her underwear and bra, and into her cheerleader uniform. She sits and waits.
In the execution chamber, Penelope is strapped down to a chair, with her wrists, ankles, waist and chest strapped tight. She has wires coming from under her shirt leading to a machine, and an intravenous tube going from her arm to a wall. She’s visibly scared, nearly to the point of crying. A bluish liquid flows down from the wall, which makes her wiggle and squirm, but feeling no pain. She can no longer move, when a yellowish liquid flows down IV line. She slowly stops crying and gets light headed and dizzy, barely able to stay awake. Finally, a reddish liquid flows along, and she goes back to slightly sobbing. She falls unconscious, and the heart monitor sounds a continuous tone, signaling her death.
