Katie gives her chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth, then removes part of her gown, leaving Luna topless. She continues with compressions and mouth–to-mouth, before checking her pupils again. Katie removes the rest of the gown and does several more cycles. She attaches a set of AED pads to Luna’s chest and shocks her, making her body jolt up. She does more cycles of compressions, shocks and stethoscope usage. She places Luna’s arms above her head, and continues with rounds of compressions, shocks and stethoscope use. At a point she removes the pads and performs compressions and MTM. She checks Luna’s pulse and pupils, and makes a call to inform she lost her. She cover Luna’s body with the gown and leaves.

She shocks Katie, her body jumping into the air. She checks her pulse and pupils before a longer cycle of compressions, mouth-to-mouth and AED shocks, placing Katie’s arms above her head. She removes the AED and applies a fake shot. She checks her pulse, then removes pads from Katie’s chest. She places her arms back to her side and uses the stethoscope. She gives several rescue breaths, Katie’s chest rising and falling. She checks her pupils with the flashlight and realizes she’s brain dead. She opens her mouth and places her head next to it to check for breathing, then places the stethoscope on her chest while standing. Katie’s heart stops, Jenna notes the time of death, cover her entire body with the sheet and leaves the room.

She does a few more cycles and places her arms back to her side. She places a surgery cap on her hair and the cloth over her face. She applies a set of syringes to her chest, and does a final round of compressions and MTM. She realizes she lost Nadia, places the blanket over her body and leaves.

They check her pupils and heartbeat, then fully unzip the bag, exposing Ama’s full body. They kneels on the right side and do several cycles of compressions, mouth-to-mouth and AED shocks. Nadia places Ama’s arm back to her side, as they do several more cycles. They check her heartbeat and pupils. Nadia applies a syringe to Ama’s ankle, then Hannah removes the pads. Hannah applies two syringes to Ama’s chest, then continue with sets of compressions and mouth-to-mouth. Nadia moves Ama’s arms above her head, and they do more sets of compressions and mouth-to-mouth. Nadia stops and announces they lost her. Hannah stops doing compressions. They check her pulse, heartbeat and pupils, and Hannah lists the time and cause of death. They remove their gloves, place Ama’s arms back to her side and cover her face with a cloth. They zip the bag up, grab their supplies and leave.

The rest of the water comes out and Daisy breathes.

She removes the pads and covers her face with a cloth, acting as a barrier for MTM. She does her final round of MTM and compressions and gets a call. She keeps doing slow, one-handed compressions as she speaks on the phone, until she suddenly stops and looks down.

She removes the AED pads and does cycles of compressions and MTM. She eventually slows down, with a smile on her face.
Flashback to before the scene started, a nurse walks over and applies shots to Randy’s arm.
Back to the present, Daisy places a stethoscope on Randy’s chest and checks her pupils. She makes a call to announce she lost her, then hangs up. She covers Randy with the blanket and leaves.
