Hannah Perez makes them put hands behind their heads, go on their knees and cross their ankles, searches them, and cuffs them with chain-link handcuffs. She attaches them together with a pair of shackles. She then calls Ms. Big to explain the situation, making the thugs rattle their cuffs for the phone. Hannah Perez calls the police, and takes selfies and makes a video with the thugs. She waits for police to arrive.
