She turns Nina on her side and finger sweeps her mouth, making an object come out. She does CPR cycles, adding defib shocks (3 breaths, 10 compressions, 3 defib shocks). Nina revives after some time, thanks Ziva and they decide to switch roles. The whole scene is repeated switching roles.
