Hannah Perez, the Killer, meets her fate at the hands of a demonic figure – a sadistic manifestation of her evil, twisted psyche that forces her to experience the same horror that her victims endured!
Stella Elle plays a detective with the State Police hot on the trail of the woman who brutally tortured and murdered Doctor Jolene Hexx, Hannah Perez. Stella Elle has tracked the suspect (Hannah) to a hotel… but the bust goes south and she winds up handcuffed, barefoot, bound and strangled.
Dr. Jolene Hexx is a therapist. During today’s fateful session Dr. Hex tells her client, Blake Bruce (Hannah Perez) – a violent psychopath – that she is leaving her practice. Blake freaks out and attacks her. Blake chokes Jolene out, ties her up in strict barefoot bondage, and then proceeds to strangle her repeatedly with a cord. As the horrifying torture unfolds, Blake Bruce films it all with a phone camera aimed carefully to capture Jolene’s struggling barefoot soles in the foreground, and her desperate face in the background.
