Hannah Perez is concerned about her son (POV). She takes her son to see a specialist, Dr. Christina Carter, about the unacceptable behavior he’s been displaying in class. The scene starts with him POV sitting in the doctor’s office. Off screen, he hears his mom and the doctor talking. The therapist insists that Hannah has nothing to worry about, and that she has proven techniques that will work on fixing her patient.
Dr. Christina Carter enters the frame and sits at her desk. Before she has a chance to even introduce herself, he has already made other plans for her to become his mindless slave. He sits a metronome on her desk. Dr. Carter is almost immediately entranced by it.
